Apple Crisp
4 medium golden delicious Apples, peeled 6 tbs. Flour 2 Eggs 1 cup Sugar 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 cup Butter Cinnamon to taste Topping: 1 cup Flour 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Melted Butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients for crumb topping and set aside. Butter 9" pie pan or 8" sq. metal pan. Slice apples and arrange in pie plate. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, and baking powder and layer over apples. Melt butter and pour over apples. Add crumb topping. Bake 50 mins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 10 more mins. |
